MRI report
This comes at the beginning of an MRI report for a patient hospitalized for control of back pain, with lung cancer that has metastasized to the liver and possibly the spine. The report says:
RM Columna dorso-lumbar
MP: Adenocarcinoma de pulmon en tratamiento, con lesión en L3 a descartar tumor.
I can't figure out this MP, and not one of the 57 entries in Cosnautas seems to fit. I was thinking this is possibly "reason for examination" -- which would be "motivo de ..." but then I can't think what the 'P' might be.
Please help me figure out what this means in this MRI context.
