Titulo: an authority that may not be a notarial deed but a doc. under hand.
Prenda: lien, charge or pledge of shares, though Eng. co. law textbooks do refer to 'mortgage of shares' - mvoing close to a trust deed that is, in the UK, used for debenture stock.
Usufructo: cf. previous ProZ answers i.e. life interest or life tenancy that really attaches to land only. Better steer clear of the Roman law term usufruct, unless for Scots Law use i.e. 'liferent'.
