Andy Watkinson Oct 19, 2017: @James, I know that this type of attorney boilerplate consists of a seemingly endless list of powers, but this is really 6 questions in 1. If possible, try to keep it to one term per question for clarity's and the glossary's sake. I'm not removing this question but someone else might.
