Tengo que traducir un certificado de asistencia a unas jornadas de criminalística y aparece firmando dicho certificado un "comisario inspector". Lo busqué en Proz pero no encuentro la traducción sino que encuentro otras cosas. Alguno me puede ayudar, por favor? Muchas gracias!

In E&W, a serving vs. ex-police officer would not normally sign off a Certificate of Criminology, whilst - as initmated - there are certainly quite a few ex-police officers (esp. in the Greater London Area) teaching the subject, plus criminal law + procedure/litigation.

Qauere: whether a County Sheriff in the US would sign off such a cert. of study.
