Hola, necesito ayuda para descifrar esta abreviación:

Int.no. demandado/Hartz. ez demand:.........(seguido por un nombre)


Esto viene en un documento legal de UPAD de 1ª Instancia Nº1 de Bergara
donde además de esta abreviación viene:

Procurador:
Demandado:
Procurador

I would like to request that whoever posts this entry in the glossary (Richard Lackey/Tsvetilia) changes "abreviación desconocida" for Int. no demandado so other people can find it in the future.

agree Adrian MM. (X) : But a: Non-defendant intervener> a third-party with an interest who can join in the action, like the Solicitors' Regulation Authority/Law Society of England & Wales when a naughty Solicitor is being sued by clients or banks. ('The SRA intervening'...)

Thanks Tom, yes that's a good point. I also thought of "non-defendant party"
agree philgoddard : I was confused by the full stop after "no", which I think must be a mistake. And Tom has a point, though "witness" is near enough.

Thanks Phil, I agree that the full stop is probably a mistake and, in fact, does not appear in the second reference that I posted.
