I think garfitos/ganchitos are always cheese flavoured; in any case, apparently these are, so there's no problem in calling them cheese curls. And as for the fact that they may contain no actual cheese, that's not a problem either: you're allowed to use "cheese" like this to refer to a flavour.

Cheese curls... is spot on, as a comparative image search for "garfitos de maíz" versus "cheese curls" confirms to my satisfaction, at least. "Garfitos" means the same as "ganchitos" (a common name for these things as well), and it describes the shape: a hook or crook shape. It's a diminutive of "garfio". Actually they are just slightly curved, not actually hooked, but still.

"Cheese curls" is not a brand name; it's generic. So it can be freely used. There's no need to mention corn; they're always made of corn.

Curls/puffs are quite similar. So, Eileen, however you wish to call them, but as Marie said "corn .... (cheese flavoured) or "cheese flavoured corn ....", or "snacks" as previously suggested.

Hi Taña, yes, that is another option. And Eileen, cheese-flavoured is fine but I would avoid cheese on its own. So could put "cheese-flavoured corn ( whatever)"

Although cheese isn't in original title so I'm not sure if you should add that. Also, putting cheese might be misleading as the flavour is probably chemical, no real cheese involved.
