¿Corte por fachada? Es un nombre cuando menos confuso. ¿Qué información contiene el dibujo? Un corte de un edificio según el plano de la fachada no es muy normal. ¿Será un corte de la fachada por un plano perpendicular a ella?. De cualquier forma, corte es "section" o "cross section" y fachada puede traducirse por "front" o por "facade", dependiendo del contexto.

Cross-sectional view

When talking about an architectural veiw seen as a slice through a subject, exposing interior detail it is referred to as a cross-section or cross-sectional view.
A sectional view shows the whole entity (or representational parts of it) separated into sections. In the case of complex mechanical devices this is referred to as an exploded view. This may afford a view of the interior of certain elements but only as a by-product. Sometimes such views include cross-sectional views of individual sections.

A sectional view is not the same as a cross-sectional view. Sorry, didn't make that clear.
