I have also found that option but I have to wait for my client's feed back as to know if I am allowed to use the real name. I think the name "Poland's Bird Republic" is more a marketing name rather than a official one and I need to know if that name has been translated into Spanish before and if there is an official name for that in Spanish.

this is the translation I have and the source you included is the only reliable one I have found. Unfortunately I haven't found any sound in Spanish to confirm that this is an official or widely spread name for the English or Polish name.
