It is one of a long list of procedures to be followed regarding management of invoicing: Some of them are: To pull out billing report at least once a week and sending remainders of the outstanding files to xxx.
To pull out the Aging Report to monitor processes that was issued and that have hanging payments and/or that will be paid.
