I'm not quite sure how to translate the following phrase:

Never forget - if the truck breaks out at the rear, take your foot off the gas.

Is the truck in front or behind the driver?

Cecilia, Se refiere quizás a un camión (cabina con motor, etc) que se acopla atrás a un gandola de carga. En Venezuela le decimos a la parte de la cabina "chuto". Normalmente, este chuto y la y la parte de carga pivotean (break) y por eso no se debe correr mucho, pues puede ocasionar elvolamiento con cierta facilidad, al "chuto" virar para un lado y la carga para el otro lado.
Si es así, sugeririá algo así: "si su camión pivotea en la parte trasera"

lo entiendo como una elipsis de break out (of control) at the rear, pero necesitaría más contexto para poder afirmarlo con certeza.

En cuanto a break, en el sentido frenar, sería el pretérito de tu brake. Así que, no termina de convencerme.
