I attended the webinar but it’s always nice to have access to the video for later reference. However, I haven't received an email with a link (and I’ve checked my spam folder, too), nor can I find the video section Giovanna mentioned; can anyone help with this?

I have checked and see you should have access to the videos from your My videos page:

http://www.proz.com/videos/my_videos

Could you please let me know what you can see on this page and send me a screenshot via support, http://www.proz.com/support/ Please make sure you are logged in the website when access this page.

I have also resent a page to training materials to your email.

Also, since you purchased access to the webinar you can get access to the webinar video from this particular page by clicking on the hyperlink "After you purchase access click here to watch the video. ".

Dear Helen,

Thank you very much for your help, both in sending the email link and explaining how to access the video via the site. Once I followed the link to “My Videos”, I was able to access the video in question. I have to admit that finding this section wasn’t intuitive for me and that I had already spent a considerable amount of time looking around the site for it. Now that I know, I’ll be able to make good use of it.
