Hi there.
I haven't received any email from Proz since yesterday afternoon. My question is: I didn't change any of my settings, so how come there is nothing in my email box from Proz?
Hope you might help me soon.

I have moved this thread to the tech support forum.

According to my logs we are successfully delivering your email notifications to your ISP. I recommend that you contact the support department at your ISP and ask them to help resolve the problem. In the mean time, you may wish to change the email address in your profile to your backup email account.

Thank you Jason,

I've contacted my ISP which doesn't know what is wrong neither. I receive as many daily emails as usually except from Proz. No new threads, no Kudoz questions, no jobs....
I already have a second email address, and nothing is in the email box neither.
I guess I just have to wait for my ISP to come back to me with an answer, and a fast one.

Replace your primary email address in your ProZ.com settings Jul 27, 2004

Jason was suggesting, even before you receive any answer from your email service provider, to try and swap your primary email address with another working email address.

If the messages start to come through, you will have evidence that they are leaving ProZ.com, but not making into your inbox, possibly because there is a spam filter or some other problem in the current address.

Thank you so much!
I've changed my primary email address, and only 10 minutes after, I had received an email from proz!!
Still, I do not have any answer from the previous email service provider, but as long as I have another way to receive anything from you, I am happy.
