Xin mọi người góp ý khi khách hàng chậm thanh toán và không trả lời email.
Theo ý kiến của mình, người dịch luôn bị động, nắm đằng lưỡi, khi gặp trường hợp này. Vì thường làm việc trên cơ sở tin tưởng lẫn nhau. Nên chăng, theo cách của các agency là phải có tiền đặt cọc mới tiến hành dự án? Mọi người cho ý kiến nhé.
