Of course being well-paid is very important and very heavy on this scale. However, there are another three significant factors:
1. Being my own boss, working at home without a boss, working hours, facing heavy traffic twice a day, eating in restaurants, and having big discounts in my pay, among others, is also very important and very stimulating.

I do get well paid, but as an esl teacher I earned more. The issue was flexibility as for now it is a major thing as I am a career for my mom.

I'm always a bit iffy about that word, because often I see a certain passivity to it, in the sense that we need to be motivated in order to do something (the motivation drives you) - rather than a decision you make each day to do a thing. I also study music, and the word comes up there.
There are days that I am not at all "motivated" and don't feel like doing any work. But I do the work anyway, and put out the same quality and care regardless. It's an attitude of responsibility t...
