Whether I am working or not, I drink about 1 litre of water every day. The tea, coffee and kombucha I drink during the day, especially with meals, should amount to between ½ and 1 litre. | | | | Enrico Zoffoli Italia Local time: 10:39 Miembro alemán al italiano + ... | Way more than 3 | Sep 25, 2025 |
That is partly because my daily routine includes a 2-hour hike. Overall I'd say that my daily consumption hovers around 5 liters.

That's amazing. Perhaps because you live in a hot area? In Belgium it would be extremely unhealthy to drink 5 liters a day, which could lead to water intoxication (which is potentially fatal). | | |

Yes, it is quite hot (I turned the AC off just a couple of days ago), and I drink a lot during my daily 10-km hike. | | | | | I use this. I need to stay hydrated | Sep 25, 2025 |
this is a little pop-up that you can set to remind you to take a sip. Mine is set to every hour. It's free!

I would say that I drink 2 bottles of water, 3 cups of coffee and 1 cup of cranberries juice a day. And when I walk outdoor, I drink 1 more bottle of water. I also live in a very hot and humid country, so that explains why I drink so much! | | | | Cecília Alves Argentina Local time: 05:39 Miembro 2011 inglés al portugués + ... | More than 2 liters for sure | Sep 25, 2025 |
I start my day drinking about 250mL of water due to my daily intake of Levothyroxine (to treat hypothyroidism). Then, for the rest of the day, I certainly drink more than 2L of water, even if I'm not thirsty (which is widely recommend). And, while working, I make sure to stand up from my chair for 5-10 minutes to stretch my legs and, of course, drink some water! I don't like to have a glass/bottle of water on my desk, so I feel forced to stand up, walk two steps to the kitchen and go get it. ...
