Studio 2009: Prefix 'w14' not defined (when saving as Word doc)

Dear Colleagues,
when I try to save the target text from .sdlxiff into a Word 2010 doc, I get the message (in German): Prefix 'w14' not defined.
I thought saving it as Word 2003 would help, but this is impossible as I don't even have this option.
Any ideas how to solve this problem are greatly appreciated...

What a coincidence, I just had the same error for the first time ever!
Yoy can solve this by saving your source file to Word 2003 (.doc) and then running that through your TM. Then you are able to save that file to target.
