The course will last one hour and it contains a Q&A session when you will be able to communicate with the trainer online. If you cannot attend the course you can always come back to the video recording made during the webinar. You will have unlimited access to the video and handouts provided by the trainer.
To purchase the course you need to click on "Purchase for $12" on the right upper corner at the training page and follow the payment instructions suggested there. At the moment, the following payment methods are available for most ProZ.com purchases:
Credit Card Paypal Check or Money Order Wire Transfer in EUR and USD Moneybookers
Please know that depending on which payment type you use, the payment may not be processed the same day. For example, if you pay by wire transfer, it could take up to 2 weeks before we receive your payment, hence the fact that your training status will not be changed until the day we have received full payment.
Before the webinar please make sure to check the system requirements mentioned under the Virtual platform system requirements at the training page (you would need to click to expand the area).
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to submit a support request here: http://www.proz.com/support/ .
If you had a registered and paid status for the course, please feel free to click on "After you purchase access click here to watch the video." at the video page and follow the link to watch the video. You will have unlimited access to the video and you can come back to it as many times as it is needed while you are a ProZ.com user.
If you did not take the Part 1 you have a great chance to save and purchase the video recording for the Part 1 and webinar access (and then a video for it) for 24 USD: https://www.proz.com/store/10144
