I suggest you read the specifications for the CAT tool sofwtare you want to pruchase.

Unfortunately, I am not much of an expert in Mac operating systems, so I can't be of real help. However, you should be able to find the answer at the Apple/Mac operating systems forum http://www.proz.com/forum/68

In theory, any software... running under Parallels in your Mac Jul 7, 2010

Do a search for Mac and Parallels and you will find a number of topics about Windows CAT software being used in a Mac. I think the supply for Mac-based CAT tools is rather scarce today...
