I am a full-time freelance translator with a solid experience of more than 20 years in translation. During this period, I've translated mostly computer-related documents - from general computing to IT and multimedia, including the localization of software and websites, user manuals and video games, both for PC and game consoles, and more recently browser games, as well as hardware e software reviews, and press realeases - and consumer electronics documents, such as high-end audio/video equipment - amplifiers, car audio, speaker systems, DJ consoles, GPS receivers and so on -, air conditioning, multimedia devices, etc.

I have also a solid experience in the fields of cosmetics, general law, general engineering, biology, agriculture, social and rural development, and history, to name but a few.

My other areas of interest are defence and armed forces and everything related.

The CAT tools I use on a daily basis are Trados Studio 2014 (preferable) and Trados 2007. I also have experience in using memoQ, of which I own a license, SDLX, Passolo, Qt Linguist, and Wordfast, plus a myriad of client-supplied CAT tools, both offline and online, with which I am completely at ease.
