The sentence is: La sociedad es duena de la finca, por haberla aportado Sr. Ramirez en US 20,000 como parte del capital social.

My effort is: the company is the owner of the estate, Mr. Ramirez having invested US20000 as part of the partnership capital.

What I'm having trouble with is knowing for sure what went down here. Did Mr. Ramirez buy the property on behalf of the company? Did mr Ramirez invest in the property that was already belonging to the company and thus join the partnership? Or am I totally off base and the company bought his interest in the property?

Finally-if you have any refinements of my attempt, please let me know. :)
