The above is an approximation only, though I find it strange that you should put "a las"--which normally indicates a time rather than a date.

Anyway, these are some of the features of MS Outlook Express--whereby when you send a mail, you can request a "delivery" receipt and/or a "read receipt.

Literally, "this confirmation confirms" but that's a bit verbose, especially for an on-screen message.

That's how the message reads in English.
