El azúcar no le puedo decir hoy porque hay muchísimo, todos los días va bajando el precio. El Padre Nazaval está presente cuando estaba escribiendo y dice que él mismo le informará de lo que pasa en esta, y mucha (...) de dicho Padre.
Estimaré me haga la diligencia del Canario; es cuanto se me ofrece y mande a su servidor.

My translation so far:

I can't tell you much about sugar today because there is so much, and it's going down in price every day. Father Nazaval was present when I was writing and says that he himself can tell you what's going on with that, and a lot (...) about said priest.

****I really don't understand the next sentence. The document is from 1805.

Henry, these are excertps out of very old documents. None of them complete. That is the whole excertp. Its a book about the history of chocolate and this section is talking about prices.

It should refer to something already mentioned previously in the CONTEXT, that is what you need to look for.
