HI there -

I am translating a 10-page CV of a doctor who in addition to his education has included long lists of symposia he has attended as well as list of scholarly articles he has authored and a long list of professional references.

At the very end of this document. literally one line below the last professional reference there appears:
FO.DM-003 / Ve 1

Could anyone tell me what this might mean?

I searched on line and found a reference to the pathophysiology of diabetes mellitis, and also a medicine for the same called Forxiga, with side effects. I don't know if either of those things could help.

It's probably the filename, and "ve" could be "version". I'd just reproduce it in the translation - there's no way of knowing what it stands for, and it doesn't really matter.
