Coincido  Toni Castano: Just "agenda" or "order of the day". "Agenda a tratar" is unusual (and very informal!), the common expression is "orden del día".

For me, it's a little strange to see "agenda" in Spanish because what I usually see is "orden del día", which I normally translate as "agenda".

Anyway, "Robert's Rules" probably contains the standard language of meetings used in most cases.

"Agenda" refers to the whole meeting, whereas "Order of business" refers to the items of business (puntos a tratar), so depending on what comes next in your text, one of these two terms will be your answer.
