español term

lugar de emergencia

español al inglés Arte/Literatura Arte, artes manuales, pintura art criticism
Another arty question - previous sentence included for context.

What on earth are they on about??

its place of emergence

Geez, that was a twisted one!

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Duh! I was stuck on the idea of 'emergency' and couldn't figure out what it had to do with this. Thanks a lot. "

Just another, possibly plainer, way of saying the same thing.

With topics such as art criticism and philosphy, you really have to be willing to massage the words until you get exactly the feeling you want.

I also like the feeling of multi-layers of memory, such as \"the multi-layered springs\". Memory is frequently compared to the layers of an onion, that have to be removed one by one to get the meat of the memory\'s source.
