TM search only case sensitive

I feel a bit embarassed asking this as I'm sure I should know the answer... I've recently updated to SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance. If I remember rightly, before in the Editor view, performing a concordance search was case INSENSITIVE, in other words, searching "PONDERALE" would bring up both "PONDERALE" and "ponderale". Now whatever settings I try and change, the search remains stubbornly case sensitive. Any ideas? Thanks for your help, it's driving me crazy!
