I cannot see my profile page

Dear Colleagues,
I just upgraded to Platinum and I get an email failure in my profile.
Whenever I enter the e-mail address it keeps telling me that it is not a valid e-mail.
If I go to my profile page, a message appears stating that there is no proz user with that name, how come?
I would appreciate any feedback to my private e-mail address ([email protected]) as well, because I am not sure if I can receive any mail from Proz yet.
