The phpgroupware service, available by clicking "Edit your site" in your profile page, is a very simple hosting solution that is primarily used by members to store images for use in the forums and profile pages. In the near future this will be replaced with an image uploading feature that should be easier to use. (Any existing files in the phpgroupware system will continue to be available as they are now, but the phpgroupware interface for managing those files will be removed.)

ProZ.com is also beta testing a full-featured hosting service that is provided for free to platinum members. (Domain registration is not free, and an advanced hosting upgrade is available for a nominal fee with advanced hosting features. But platinum members can use the standard hosting package with a subdomain of my.proz.com at no charge). It is this hosting service that Brandis is referring to.
