neutral Rachel Fell : not bacterial - possibly fungal, other things too :)\Hi Elizabeth, I suppose I meant not primarily bacterial, more likely fungal, causes not fully known, congenital factors too, and I was thinking mainly of seborr. of the scalp!:)
