Off topic: Where Should Customer Post Questions Seeking Guidance from Translators?

If an end customer has questions about a book translation project (hoping to benefit from some of the wisdom of the professionals here), would there be an appropriate forum here at which to ask these questions?

I looked through the list of forums but none seemed appropriate, though maybe I'm just failing to understand. "Off Topic" seemed to come the closest, so I'm trying my post here.
