I am located in Amora, Portugal and have a solid background in translating from English, French, Spanish and Italian into Portuguese.
Presently, I am working as a Teacher and Coach and, above all, as a Translator, Interpreter and Voice-Over Freelancer.
I have a bachelor degree in Cultural and Linguistic Mediation, specialized in English, French, by Escola Lusitanea Feminina, in Lisbon and in Italian, by Istituto de Cultura Italiano, in Lisbon and Bologne and Spanish idioms and culture. I also have a degree in International Secretariat and Public Relations, as well as, a specialization in Fitness and physiotherapy.
Born in 1956, in Lisbon, Portugal, I combined my passions for Languages and Fitness.
My ‘out-of-the-paradigm’ approach to life enriched my vision and enlarged my horizon, allowing a better knowledge of how important is a good knowledge of different languages, cultures and people.
I always took my destiny into my own hands and established myself in Portugal, Spain, Sweden, France, Morocco, Tunisia and Italy.

Some of my most relevant projects are:
Technical and commercial translation, in various areas and various languages such as: IT (hardware/software); mechanics; pharmaceutical development and commercialization projects; medical (general); in other areas such as Geography, geology, history and archaeology, tourism, religion, literature, etc. Most recently, I completed a translation for a United Nations Project in Angola and I am also cooperating with the editing team of one of the most recognized Portuguese editing houses.
