SDL Trados Certification Exam Sep 23, 2010

Hello Soledad, I attended this course back in May and I would like to take the exam some time soon. The problem I found is that when I go to My Account on https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/ it says "purchase exam" and I know when we purchased the course, we were given the right to take the exam three times at no extra cost, it was included in the price we paid for the course. Dear Soledad,

Thank you very much for your reply. I had beeb busy for quite a long time and had no time to check this forum. I have the same problem as Caromayda, when I access My Account I only found a page where I can purchase the course and/or exam. And I've already paid for them before attending the webinar.

I hope somebody can help us with this problem.
