inglés al italiano: Ron Bartek’s second update on Repligen’s HDACI sent to Internaf and FAPG General field: Medicina Detailed field: Genética
Texto de origen - inglés 0:00:05.010,0:00:08.350
Ron Bartek (RB): Now we talked about all the drugs that are in clinical trials
0:00:08.350,0:00:13.600
and the newer candidates are moving closer and closer to clinical trial.
0:00:13.610,0:00:20.150
We will not stop doing that, not stop filling our pipeline until we have the cure, and that’s true.
0:00:20.200,0:00:24.170
When I say “we”, I mean all of us working together, as we always do.
0:00:24.180,0:00:32.290
These are some of the things that are coming newer to our treatment pipeline.
0:00:32.300,0:00:39.260
First, there’s another effort to use this Ultra High Throughput Screening capability
0:00:39.270,0:00:45.290
at the National Institutes of Health that Rob Wilson was so successful with.
0:00:45.300,0:00:50.890
In this case it’s Marek Napierala, who was at the MD Anderson Clinic in Houston, Texas.
0:00:50.900,0:00:56.190
He has developed an assay that’s just been accepted into the UNAIDS Program,
0:00:56.200,0:01:03.080
that will be testing again 350,000 compounds on his assay.
0:01:03.090,0:01:17.290
Whereas Rob Wilson’s assay was a mitochondrial function assay, Marek’s assay is a frataxin gene expression assay.
0:01:17.300,0:01:21.990
So, if there are any molecules amongst those 350,000
0:01:22.000,0:01:31.100
that increase the production of the frataxin gene to make frataxin protein, his assay will glow.
0:01:31.110,0:01:36.120
And so we’re very excited about having that capability,
0:01:36.130,0:01:41.790
now that we have one that tells us if a mitochondrial agent might be beneficial,
0:01:41.800,0:01:50.550
this would tell us if an agent, for example with the increased expression protein, for example the HDAC inhibitor.
0:01:50.560,0:01:55.900
If our HDAC inhibitor were put amongst those 350,000 compounds,
0:01:55.910,0:01:59.800
it will glow because it’s going to get increased frataxin protein.
0:01:59.810,0:02:10.120
But there might be ten other kinds of molecules out there that can help us do that, so we are very excited about this assay.
0:02:10.130,0:02:16.200
They can, believe it or not, screen these 350,000 compounds in a matter of a few days.
0:02:16.300,0:02:22.000
Because there are two robots, one that goes to the inventory,
0:02:22.100,0:02:29.200
hands the second robot one of this compounds at a time and it puts them on the assay.
0:02:29.300,0:02:36.000
I think each well plate holds like 1300 different molecules,
0:02:36.100,0:02:40.000
puts them all 1300 at a time and sees which ones glow.
0:02:40.010,0:02:42.470
So, we’re very excited about that approach.

0:00:20.200,0:00:24.170
E quando dico "avremo", mi riferisco come sempre a tutti noi,
che lavoriamo assieme.
0:00:24.180,0:00:32.290
Ecco alcune delle novità relative
alla sperimentazione farmacologica.
0:00:32.300,0:00:39.260
Innanzitutto, al National Institutes of Health,
si sta ricorrendo nuovamente
0:00:39.270,0:00:45.290
agli screening ad alta capacità,
coi quali Rob Wilson ha già ottenuto ottimi risultati.
0:00:45.300,0:00:50.890
0:02:10.130,0:02:16.200
Questi 350.000 composti possono essere
testati in pochi giorni.
0:02:16.300,0:02:22.000
Ci sono infatti due robot,
uno che attinge alla libreria di molecole
0:02:22.100,0:02:29.200
e le passa al secondo robot
che a sua volta le testa.
0:02:29.300,0:02:36.000
Ogni micropiastra può contenere
all’incirca 1300 molecole diverse,
0:02:36.100,0:02:40.000
e possono essere testate
tutte contemporaneamente.
0:02:40.010,0:02:42.470
Ecco perché siamo molto interessati
a questo approccio.

Texto de origen - inglés The Reading Cafe would like to introduce paranormal romance author Jamie Leigh Hansen.
“I love dramatic, heart-felt stories. I love mixing the magic and wonder of an anything-can-happen kind of world with the daily lives we all struggle with. It adds a sense of hope and adventure to whatever we’re dealing with, be it health, financial or personal problems. Taking a break from the everyday grind to think positively and see a possibility that something will good happen to you soon is what keeps people going even in times of great struggle.”
TRC: Hi Jamie. Welcome to The Reading Café. We would like to thank you for responding to our request for an interview. We are always happy to know about the authors we have read and what they are doing.
Jamie: Thank you for finding me on the web, Sandy. The Reading Cafe looks wonderful and there is so much to read and see here! You’ve set up an incredible site.
TRC: Thank you. We would like to start with some biographical background. Would you tell us something about yourself?
Jamie: I am very fortunate in that I married my high school sweetheart and we will soon celebrate 18 years together. I believe in love, the good, the bad and the ugly and I hope to keep my novels realistic while showing the HEA can really happen.
TRC: When did you start writing? Have you always been interested in writing?
Jamie: I’ve always had a fascination with reading and with books, but my love of writing didn’t develop until later in my teen years. Looking back at some of the assignments I wrote for class, and some of the stories I wrote on my own, I see I’ve always loved heart-touching, dramatic stories. One of the most memorable would be of a girl whose brother was in a coma as she comes face-to-face with the kid who put him there. Then there’s the photo journalist who disappears into a rainforest and is captured by cannibals. My imagination took me into some crazy places. LOL
TRC: How involved in the writing process is your family?
Jamie: My husband and daughters read what I have written and support me through each step of the story. My youngest daughter, however, will sit and analyze each detail of the story and characters. She definitely has a writer’s mind and a passion for my stories that keeps me encouraged even when I am convinced the entire story is falling apart.
TRC: You are interested in the fund raising and research in Ataxia. Would you explain about Ataxia and how you became involved with their cause?
Jamie: I have Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA), which is a hereditary recessive neurological disease. Recessive means it stays hidden in the genes as long as there is a more dominant trait to take the forefront. But, as this one is passed down from both the mother and father, if a child gets a recessive Friedreich’s gene from each of them, then they have it. No one in my family had it or showed signs of it. But when my clumsiness became a bit excessive in my teen years, several trips to the doctor and lots of tests discovered I had this disease no one in my family had ever heard of.
What FA does is tangle up the DNA in my nerve cells, so they can’t produce Frataxin, a protein that breaks up iron in the mitochondria of nerve cells. The less Frataxin my body makes, the more the iron builds up and the less my nerves work. This results in a lack of coordination, fatigue, potentially fatal heart problems and a progressively downward spiral of abilities. There is currently no cure and and no treatment for the Frataxin deficiency, although there is always vitamins, antioxidants and physical therapy to treat the symptoms. There are, however, about 7 different drugs in Phase II and III clinical trials around the world. Several of these show quite a bit of promise in combating FA.
While reading on one of my ataxia email lists, I learned of a project BabelFAmily was doing to help raise funds for research into these and more drugs. The International Literary Project to Fight Against Friedreich’s Ataxia
(https://www.facebook.com/pages/INTERNATIONAL-LITERARY-PROJECT-AGAINST-FRIEDREICHS-ATAXIA/103596886393814) is a project with writers, translators and artists from around the world working on one novel that will be sold in multiple languages and formats. Our fiction novel is titled The Legacy and combines mystery, murder and love with the last 160 years of discoveries about Friedreich’s Ataxia.
We are all very excited and in love with this project. There is so much in it to feel passionate about. We are close to finishing the first draft of writing and translations into the main writer languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. As soon as edits are finished, we have translators lined up to add German, French, and many more languages.
We ask that anyone with an interest in supporting this project and cause LIKE the project’s page on Facebook. We have a logo made and will be passing it around to anyone who would like to make it a banner on their website. All free of charge, we just want to gather awareness of this cause.
Thank you, so much, Sandy for giving me a chance to speak about The International Literary Project to Fight Against Friedreich’s Ataxia.
TRC: Ciao Jamie. Benvenuta a The Reading Café.
TRC: Quando hai iniziato a scrivere?
(ride)

It's like heaven there, you know?
00:00:38:11 00:00:41:21
It's so peaceful
and we're just bowling there.

(Arthur Pollock) Kenilworth
is a very important sports and recreation
00:00:52:18 00:00:54:20
for most of the members,
00:00:54:21 00:00:59:17
because once you get involved in the
camaraderie of bowling on the green,
00:00:59:18 00:01:04:07
and socially off the green,
it's a great sort of bonding thing.
00:01:04:08 00:01:06:17
You make very good friends,
00:01:06:18 00:01:10:18
first of all on the bowling green,
socially off the bowling green,
00:01:10:19 00:01:14:18
and it becomes a major part
of people's lives,
00:01:14:19 00:01:16:18
particularly then when they retire.
00:01:16:19 00:01:20:22
(David Bergin) It's oddly
when people retire
00:01:20:23 00:01:22:17
that they look around and say,
00:01:22:18 00:01:27:18
"Uh, I have all this time on my hands.
What am I going to do?"
00:01:27:19 00:01:29:19
They talk to their friends and say,
00:01:29:20 00:01:32:17
"Oh there's a bowling club
Why don't you come down?"
00:01:32:18 00:01:36:09
(Alex David) If you have
an eye for a sport and playing a bowl
00:01:36:10 00:01:38:04
you get in on it very quickly.
00:01:38:05 00:01:41:22

I started to enjoy it.

che ci si guarda attorno dicendo,
00:01:22:18 03:17 00:01:26:10
"Ho così tanto tempo a disposizione
e non so che farci."
00:01:27:19 01:21 00:01:29:15

00:00:19:10 00:00:20:18 Where are we going?
00:00:20:19 00:00:22:24 Where are we going?
Just in general?
00:00:22:25 00:00:25:13 Where are we going in the world?
00:00:25:14 00:00:28:08 Or myself? Or where am I going?
Or where are we going?
00:00:28:10 00:00:30:00 You ask the question:
"where we are going?"
00:00:30:01 00:00:33:25 What a fucked up question.
00:00:33:26 00:00:34:25 Where are we going?
00:00:34:26 00:00:37:10 (Spanish traditional music)
00:00:53:00 00:00:55:05 We're going nowhere, honey.
00:00:55:05 00:01:00:08 It's absolutely diabolical.
We're not going anywhere.
00:01:00:10 00:01:03:24 We are all going to hell in this country,
cos we're screwing each other.
00:01:03:25 00:01:06:07 But, ehm...
I don't know where are we going.
00:01:06:10 00:01:08:05 We're going to go nowhere,
00:01:08:06 00:01:13:19 because it's gonna become
a very impersonalised community.
00:01:13:20 00:01:15:29 Nobody has time for nobody!
00:01:16:00 00:01:19:20 Money,
it's all about money, isn't it?
00:01:19:22 00:01:23:14 Where there's money, there's corruption.
It always has been.
00:01:23:16 00:01:24:26 Ever since the Roman Empire.
00:01:24:28 00:01:27:01 It's all about money.
People want to make money.
00:01:27:02 00:01:30:05 I wanna get more money.
And everybody fuck off.
00:01:30:06 00:01:32:00 (Percussion)
00:01:33:19 00:01:37:02 I had a man here yesterday
who analysed this.
00:01:37:04 00:01:41:05 And behind us, is our past.
00:01:41:06 00:01:45:04 And ahead there's a bright future.
00:01:45:00 00:01:48:01 And you can see it in the distance.
00:01:48:02 00:01:50:25 There'll be light and shade
on the way.
00:01:50:26 00:01:53:19 There'll be dark
and bright moments.
00:01:53:20 00:01:55:12 But, not to be afraid!
00:01:55:13 00:01:58:23 The chickens are in the way there,
at the moment.
00:01:58:24 00:02:03:06 But, they're not afraid.
They're busily grubbing away.
00:02:03:07 00:02:09:02 And so, where are we going,
I don't exactly know eventually.
00:02:09:04 00:02:13:18 But, I hope there will be a future
maybe in an afterlife.
00:02:13:19 00:02:16:12 Well, I was in Portugal last week.
00:02:16:13 00:02:20:04 And next week I'm going again.
00:02:20:05 00:02:25:01 I think we're heading that direction.
Everybody wants to go that direction.
00:02:25:02 00:02:27:02 Sometimes they're a bit afraid.
00:02:27:04 00:02:29:04 They've got to get over that fear.
00:02:29:05 00:02:32:11 Fear is limiting anybody
in this world.
00:02:32:12 00:02:35:02 Fear is the enemy, nobody else.
00:02:35:04 00:02:39:28 I'm going back to west Cork,
in the next half an hour.
00:02:39:29 00:02:42:08 I had no sleep
for the last 36 hours.
00:02:42:10 00:02:46:05 I'm definitely heading back
to west Cork, alright?
00:02:46:06 00:02:48:23 Still a little bit what?
We're lost.
00:02:48:24 00:02:52:29 I reckon we are.
Any clue what's happening in Ireland?
00:02:53:00 00:02:54:13 Get a track of it, will ya?
00:02:54:14 00:02:57:22 I don't know where we are going,
but we're here living,
00:02:57:23 00:03:01:05 we're gonna die, come back again,
keep living and living.
00:03:01:06 00:03:02:18 Does that answer your question?
00:03:02:19 00:03:07:18 Can I think for a second?
Do you mind filming me thinking?
00:03:07:19 00:03:09:07 Ehm...
00:03:11:24 00:03:14:22 The world is pretty screwed up
at the moment.
00:03:14:23 00:03:18:06 But I don't think it is very different
from how it has been
00:03:18:07 00:03:21:01 10 years ago,
20 or 50 years ago.
00:03:21:02 00:03:24:23 Human beings don't seem to learn
from the mistakes of the past.
00:03:24:24 00:03:27:14 You don't get a good night's sleep
out from the street.
00:03:27:16 00:03:28:29 Because of the noise.
00:03:29:00 00:03:33:18 You're scared to go to sleep
because of violence, you know?
00:03:33:19 00:03:35:17 People just come up
and set you alight.
00:03:35:18 00:03:40:25 We're all just one, you know,
no matter what colour of skin we have.
00:03:40:26 00:03:42:10 I hope that was good.
00:03:42:11 00:03:45:12 And I just want to say:
"support Celtic!"
00:03:45:14 00:03:48:22 Yeah, well,
I think it's great,
00:03:48:23 00:03:52:04 the standard of living
everybody has nowadays.
00:03:52:05 00:03:56:17 But I would have very real concerns
about planet Earth.
00:03:56:18 00:04:01:02 It's getting
into a very very sad shape.
00:04:19:05 00:04:22:17 (Beating on percussion continues)
00:04:35:02 00:04:36:26 We're already here.
00:04:36:28 00:04:38:18 We've been thinking
about going here all night.
00:04:38:19 00:04:41:00 We ended up here.
Now we're alright.
00:04:41:01 00:04:44:13 But if you wanna chill like,
we've got a little afterparty comin' up,
00:04:44:14 00:04:46:01 but there's only space for one.
00:04:46:02 00:04:48:24 We're going to get a mortgage,
a family and a house.
00:04:48:25 00:04:50:05 What's this "we business"!?
00:04:50:06 00:04:53:06 - What is this "WE BUSINESS"?
- JOHN! John!
00:04:53:07 00:04:56:29 - Don't give me this:
"JOHN! John!" escapade.
00:04:57:00 00:04:59:25 Because it's more like:
"John! JOHN, escapade."
00:04:59:26 00:05:02:19 - That's all you mean!
- No, it's not.
00:05:02:20 00:05:05:11 - Group hug!
- It's for a cause!

00:00:52:25 00:00:54:29 Non andiamo da nessuna parte.
00:00:54:29 00:01:00:08 Siamo parte di un piano diabolico.
Non andiamo da nessuna parte.
00:01:00:09 00:01:03:20 Andremo tutti all'inferno.
Pensiamo solo a noi stessi.
00:01:03:21 00:01:06:06 A parte questo,

00:01:06:08 00:01:08:04 Non andremo da nessuna parte.

00:01:15:25 00:01:19:17 Soldi!

00:01:19:18 00:01:23:12 E dove ci sono soldi, c'è corruzione.

00:01:37:03 00:01:41:04 Alle nostre spalle, il passato.
00:01:41:05 00:01:44:28 Dinnanzi a noi, un radioso futuro.
00:01:45:00 00:01:47:26 Lo si intravede sullo sfondo.
00:01:47:27 00:01:50:21 Il nostro cammino sarà cosparso

00:01:50:22 00:01:53:16 Ci saranno
momenti tristi e gioiosi.
00:01:53:17 00:01:55:10 Ma niente paura.
00:01:55:11 00:01:58:19 Dei polli ci precedono.
00:01:58:20 00:02:03:05 Non sembrano avere timore.
Sono intenti a beccare qua e là.
00:02:03:06 00:02:08:27 Dove stiamo andando,
non lo so.
00:02:08:28 00:02:13:15 Spero solo che ci sia vita nell'aldilà.
00:02:13:16 00:02:16:10 La scorsa settimana,
ero in Portogallo.
00:02:16:11 00:02:20:03 E la prossima settimana ci tornerò.
00:02:20:04 00:02:25:01 Penso che ci dirigiamo
dove vogliamo andare.
00:02:25:02 00:02:26:27 È solo che a volte si ha paura.
00:02:26:28 00:02:29:03 Bisogna superare le proprie paure.

00:02:39:24 00:02:42:07 Non dormo da quasi due giorni,
00:02:42:08 00:02:46:04 e ho una gran voglia
di tornarmene a casa.
00:02:46:05 00:02:48:19 Scusa?
00:02:54:12 00:02:57:18 Non so dove stiamo andando,

00:02:57:19 00:03:01:04 Moriremo, e poi rinasceremo.

00:03:01:05 00:03:02:15 Ho risposto alla tua domanda?
00:03:02:16 00:03:07:15 Mi lasci pensare?
Potresti riprendermi mentre penso?
00:03:07:16 00:03:09:06 ...
00:03:11:20 00:03:14:18 Il mondo è allo sfascio.
00:03:14:19 00:03:18:05 Non penso però che sia molto diverso
da come era
00:03:18:06 00:03:20:26 10 anni, 20 anni
o 50 anni fa.
00:03:20:27 00:03:24:19 Il genere umano non sembra imparare

00:03:24:20 00:03:27:12 Non si riesce a dormire in strada,
00:03:27:13 00:03:28:24 per via del rumore,
00:03:28:25 00:03:33:15 o della paura di essere picchiato nel sonno.
00:03:33:16 00:03:35:14 La gente ci mette un attimo
a darti fuoco.
00:03:35:15 00:03:40:21 Formiamo un tutt'uno.
Non importa il colore della pelle.
00:03:40:22 00:03:42:08 È andata bene?
00:03:42:09 00:03:45:10 Volevo aggiungere: "forza Celtic!"
00:03:45:12 00:03:48:18 Penso sia impressionante
00:03:48:19 00:03:52:03 il tenore di vita raggiunto oggigiorno.
00:03:52:04 00:03:56:14 Il pianeta Terra
è ciò che mi preoccupa.
00:03:56:15 00:04:00:27 Non sta passando
un buon periodo di forma.
00:04:00:28 00:04:04:20 Andiamo a veder Enzo Avitabile.
00:04:04:22 00:04:07:26 Coi Bottari è stato una settimana fa
al mio paese, a Polignano a Mare
00:04:07:27 00:04:10:26 Adesso lo becchiamo qui a Dublino.
00:04:10:28 00:04:12:29 Non avendolo potuto vedere
a Polignano,
00:04:12:29 00:04:16:27 lo vediamo qui in Dublin,
in Dun Laoghaire.
00:04:19:04 00:04:22:14 (Percussioni)
00:04:35:02 00:04:36:22 Siamo già qui.
00:04:36:23 00:04:38:15 È tutta la sera che ci pensiamo.
00:04:38:16 00:04:41:00 E ora siamo qui,
e stiamo bene.
00:04:41:01 00:04:44:11 Abbiamo organizzato una festicciola
per dopo,
00:04:44:12 00:04:46:01 ma c'è solo posto per uno.
00:04:46:02 00:04:48:20 Avremo un mutuo, una famiglia,
e una casa.
00:04:48:21 00:04:50:04 Come "avremo"?
00:04:50:05 00:04:53:05 - Come sarebbe a dire "avremo"?
- JOHN! John!
00:04:53:06 00:04:56:24 Non te la cavi con un
"JOHN! John! Ma dai".
00:04:56:25 00:04:59:21 Suona più come
un "John! JHON! Ma vai...!"
00:04:59:22 00:05:02:16 - Ecco che vuoi dire!
- No, non è vero.
00:05:02:17 00:05:05:09 - Abbraccio d gruppo!

(Ride)
Incisioni come una volta
Questo, insomma…
(Sospira)
(Musica)
Sono Sara Dario. Sono nata e cresciuta a Venezia. Circa a 19 anni mi son trasferita in Toscana.
(Musica popolare)
È il momento peggiore questo qui. Mi rincresce dirlo, però è così. Si è toccato il fondo come nel '51. Ma io penso che è più dura… ora, che nel '51.
# Ninna nanna ninna nanna

My name's Boreno Cigni. I'll be soon 85. I've been in this profession for 69 years. I'm now a sort of institution. I'm the only one left to do this traditional engraving work. When I say I have more passion for it now than when I started, it means I've accomplished something. There's more to accomplish though. Art is a never-ending search and you have to keep moving. My works of art are all over the world. I had here the astronaut Jerry Carr a couple of times. I've also made one for Bill Clinton, and the Pope, when he came to Colle in '96.
"My work of art for the Pope"
I wouldn't believe 30 years ago that at 85 I'd still be in my workshop.
(He laughs)
Engravings as they used to be done
This, I mean…
(He sighs)
(Music)
My name' Sara Dario. I was born and grew up in Venice. When I was about 19, I moved to Tuscany. I don't consider myself an artisan, as an artisan is considered to be someone who deals with serial work, such as a small factory. But I only have my two hands, then I'm not a factory. I can't see any reason for running away from where I was born, so I try to give my contribution and change things a bit. With the little I can do, I try to show people that there is also another side of Italy.
In the morning, when I walk down the stairs to my workshop… I always feel
wood laughs
overwhelmed by joy. I do what I feel like doing, as I feel that is everyone's right. If we satisfy ourselves, we can satisfy someone else.
(Folk music)
These are very difficult times. I regret saying that, but that's the way it is. Just like in '51, we couldn't fall any lower. I think it's even harder… now, than in '51.

00:01:19:15 00:01:21:15 I couldn't find my red shoes.
00:01:21:16 00:01:24:06 You know, the ones with the black ribbon

00:01:27:16 00:01:32:00 And my agent wants to fire me.

00:01:54:21 00:02:00:04 Let's go to the cinema.
"Breathless" is on the late show tonight.
00:02:00:05 00:02:03:04 You like Godard films, don't you?

00:02:06:18 00:02:07:18 "Non."
00:02:09:02 00:02:11:02 (Waves breaking on seashore)
00:02:11:03 00:02:13:17 (Julie) Hemingway was a fake.
00:02:13:18 00:02:15:15 He pretended
to live in other people's lives,
00:02:15:16 00:02:19:23 but he was just himself,
repeating himself, repeating himself.
00:02:20:24 00:02:25:03 Doesn't this make you wonder
what art really is?
00:02:25:04 00:02:28:21 Just look at Molière who died on stage
giving the performance of his life.
00:02:28:22 00:02:31:01 Surely that was art.
00:02:31:02 00:02:36:18 Sheakespeare, Marlowe, Wilde, Eliot...
all storytellers.
00:02:36:19 00:02:39:02 And the Bible?
00:02:39:03 00:02:42:19 Oh, and yesterday,
talking about Jeff Buckley,
00:02:42:20 00:02:46:15 I stumbled across his 77th album
and you know what it said to me?
00:02:46:16 00:02:49:20 Whine, whine, whine, whiny Buckley.
00:02:49:21 00:02:51:23 (Upbeat piano music)
00:02:51:24 00:02:56:24 (Voices fading away)

there is no peace for his soul.

00:00:47:19 00:00:51:10 Non è rimasto niente

00:01:11:01 00:01:13:01 (Cinguettio)
00:01:13:02 00:01:18:02 - Julie! Finalmente...
- Come "Finalmente"!
00:01:19:15 00:01:21:15 Non trovavo le mie scarpette rosse.
00:01:21:16 00:01:24:06 Sai, quelle con il fiocchetto nero
ed i pallini dorati.
00:01:24:07 00:01:27:15 Quelle della collezione "Rissiani"
della scorsa estate.
00:01:27:16 00:01:32:00 E il mio agente vuole licenziarmi.

00:02:09:02 00:02:11:02 (Onde sul bagnasciuga)
00:02:11:03 00:02:13:17 (Julie) Hemingway era un falso.
00:02:13:18 00:02:15:15 Fingeva di rivivere nella vita altrui,
00:02:15:16 00:02:19:23 ma non era altro che se stesso,
che si ripeteva e ripeteva.
00:02:20:24 00:02:25:03 Viene da chiedersi
che cosa sia veramente l'arte.
00:02:25:04 00:02:28:21 Prendiamo Molière che morì sul palco
nella sua più grande rappresentazione.
00:02:28:22 00:02:31:01 Non c'è dubbio che quella fosse arte.
00:02:31:02 00:02:36:18 Sheakespeare, Marlowe, Wilde, Eliot...
tutti narratori.
00:02:36:19 00:02:39:02 E la Bibbia?
00:02:39:03 00:02:45:02 Oh, e ieri mi sono imbattuta
nell'ennesimo album di Jeff Buckley.
00:02:45:03 00:02:46:15 Sai che mi ha detto?
00:02:46:16 00:02:49:20 "Lamentino, lamentatino, lamentatino
Buckley."
00:02:49:21 00:02:51:23 (Pianoforte)
