Texto de origen - inglés Dang – Rachelle Dang creates hand riven environments filled with ceramic objects – in this case
breadfruits - rendered with applied painterly glazes. Transforming and interpreting organic motifs from
the natural world to examine historical and ecological connections between people and places, the artist’s
approach draws from her family’s history in Hawai`i, to create works that span cross-cultural,
transoceanic histories.http://www.rachelledang.com/statement
Enokura – A founding member of the Japanese avant-garde movement Mono-ha, Koji Enokura was driven
by tangible responses and interventions that occur when the human body - often his own – confronts
natural elements, unscripted situations and found materials in the world. The artist’s unique
photographs illustrate poignantly Enokura’s passionate search for unconventional beauty in the mundane,
the accidental and the overlooked.
Fletcher – “Long flights, sun baked, secret breaks, camera rolling, film burning, insane sequence after
insane sequence. Color, black/white stills all tell the story.” http://www.herbiefletcher.com/stained-
photos-1 As a legendary surfer and multi-media artist, Fletcher has used photography for over 50 years
to capture friends and family in ocean driven sequences where life is lived as unpredictably as waves are
made ad unmade. This selection of action images are rendered with a painterly varnish of pored and
brushed ink and resin, making each a singular and unique object.

I am American, but grew up in France and was educated in both French and English until the age of 18. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in the United States where I studied Environmental Science and Anthropology with a minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies.
I have translated book chapters, essays, short films, advertisements, emails, websites, subtitles, and biographies from French to English. I have also translated texts, subtitltes and book chapters from English to French. My writing skills are extremely strong, and I work fluidly in both French and English. However, my technical writing skills are strongest when translating from French to English. I can also translate texts from Spanish to English.
I worked in the Peruvian Amazon for 2 years for an NGO, where I became conversationally fluent in Spanish which I had learned growing up from traveling and Spanish classes.
I am currently completing my master’s degree from Vermont Law & Graduate School with a specialization in food and agriculture law and policy.
I now live part time between Paris, France and Vermont, USA.
