Upon its front were characters engraven in the stone; and I walked through the morass of water-lilies, until I came close unto the shore, that I might read the characters upon the stone. But I could not decypher them. And I was going back into the morass, when the moon shone with a fuller red, and I turned and looked again upon the rock, and upon the characters; — and the characters were DESOLATION.

Texto de origen - inglés In order to ensure that these objectives can be achieved, the drill string must be on bottom of well, and the bottom hole pressure must be kept equal to, or slightly greater than, the formation pore pressure.
As with shut in methods, there is a range of different techniques which can be employed to achieve these goals, depending on factors such as whether sufficient casing has been set to allow a constant bottom hole method to be used, if there is pipe in hole (and how much), Operator’s preferences, etc. Should the Operator have a preferred method of well kill for the well site, this shall be agreed with the company before commencing drilling, and be clearly stated in the Bridging Document.
