Report all injuries or illnesses, no matter how slight, to your supervisor promptly. Report any accident or injury that you witness.
Know the location of and familiarize yourself with the use of emergency equipment in your area, such as safety shower, eye wash, first aid kit, etc.
First aid treatment will be provided from the assigned first aid person on the job site. In cases where further treatment or professional medical treatment is required, the employee shall be taken to the nearest medical facility.
The treatment facility must be given all pertinent information, including company name and address. The employee shall get the designated forms from the office and bring to the facility for admittance.
The injured employee shall bring back a doctor’s statement on condition and report to his/her supervisor. Supervisor will review to determine placement back to full or limited work duty.
All injuries must be reported on the day that the injury occurs. This includes weekends and evenings.
Never move an injured or seriously ill person unless necessary to prevent further injury. Emergency response procedures are posted throughout the jobsite; familiarize yourself with them.

Can I get prescription drug coverage directly from Medicare?
No. You must purchase Medicare prescription drug coverage from a private company that has been approved by Medicare to offer coverage.
What is the difference between a Medicare Advantage Prescription Plan and a stand-alone Medicare Prescription Drug Plan?
Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans cover both medical care and prescription drugs. These plans usually are only available in certain areas of a state, where there are provider networks. The stand-alone Medicare Prescription Drug Plan will only provide coverage for prescription drugs and will be available statewide.
I have drug coverage through my employer (or former employer, if retired). Can I still enroll in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan?
Many employers who provide drug benefits may continue their drug coverage. Others may choose to help employees or retirees who enroll in Medicare Prescription Drug Plans by paying some of the costs.
