Texto de origen - inglés The ISO standards for medical devices are covered by ICS 11.100.20 and 11.040.01.The quality and risk management regarding the topic for regulatory purposes is convened by ISO 13485 and ISO 14971. Further standards are IEC 60601-1, for electrical devices (mains-powered as well as battery powered) and IEC 63204 for medical software. The US FDA also published a series of guidance’s for industry regarding this topic against 21 CFR Subchapter H-Medical Devices. Starting in the late 1980s the FDA increased its involvement in reviewing the development of medical device software. The precipitant for change was a radiation therapy device (Therac-25) that overdosed patients because of software coding errors. FDA is now focused on regulatory oversight on device software development process and system-level testing.

Until recently, Microsoft’s venerable workhorse, Windows XP (short for “eXPerience”), dominated computing like no other operating system before or since. At its peak, in 2007, it powered four out of five computers (the rest being mostly other versions of Windows). Even today, following no fewer than three subsequent iterations designed to replace it, Windows XP is still the second most popular operating system in the world, running on a quarter of so of the 1.5 billion computers currently in use.

Texto de origen - inglés The development process and present status of household biogas, specifically the opportunities and constraints of household biogas in rural China, are discussed in this paper. There are several opportunities for household biogas development in rural China, including shortage of rural energy, the availability of biogas fermentation materials, national financial subsidies, legal and international clean development mechanisms. Constraints encountered in developing household biogas in rural China include straw and cold fermentation technology, low comprehensive biogas utilization, poor follow-up services and management of biogas digesters. Also, more research needs to be done in straw fermentation and cold fermentation technology. Training should be conducted to raise the level of biogas customers in biogas comprehensive utilization. Measures should be take to improve the follow～up services and management of biogas plants.

Or suppose that a pharmacist mislabels a bottle of poison as a nutritional food supplement and then casually leaves a package of the bottles in the back of his store. A street person finds the bottles of poison and after reading the labels, drinks the poison and dies. Mislabeling the bottle was an accident, more or less, but great harm came of it.
