\"Unpasteurized\" milk also, it being understood as above, no processing, just straight from the cow.

This is the term referring to milk "fresh from teh cow".

I agree that milk (even pasteurized) is sold as "whole" milk (i.e. 4% milkfat), but when I lived on the farm, everyone called it this way when freshly from the cow...
