neutral Joseph Tein : I wouldn't use 'due inscription' - it sounds awkward and unnatural. I like 'registration' and I would say 'the PROPER registration' (or maybe 'correct registration')

the context and the fact that sometimes "vehículo" can be a medium and of the different media, be they a fax, a letter, an e-mail, etc., in legalese we could use the term "instrument"

options... memorandum is an instrument authenticated by a notary, I think this could be your choice
