suprarenal focal lesion
I found one Google hit for this literal translation:
... was referred to a hospital and Ultrasound scanning revealed a hepatic focal lesion, which was confirmed MRI, which also showed a suprarenal focal lesion. ...

"Suprarenal" simply means "located on or above the kidney", and although the definition goes on to specify "especially an adrenal gland", unless 100% sure I'd merely translate it literally, as it could refer to something more specific.

: in medican jargon, a "lesion"may well be a tumor, not necessarily an injury.
