This is from a text about internal medicine specialists and what they need to know about. I've come up with "adrenal focal lesion" but can't see many hits on Google.

"Suprarenal" simply means "located on or above the kidney", and although the definition goes on to specify "especially an adrenal gland", unless 100% sure I'd merely translate it literally, as it could refer to something more specific.
Peer comment(s):

agree Otto Albers (X) : unless specified, suprarenal refers to the gland, located above the kidney (bilaterally) hence the name.

agree Nigel Wheatley : I would say "focal suprarenal lesion", but a quick look on Google suggests that the adjectives can go either way round

focal adrenal injury

Sólo una opción.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Otto Albers (X) : in medican jargon, a "lesion"may well be a tumor, not necessarily an injury.
