This is the context regarding Doctors Without Borders:

I have found "Associative" but it sounds rather strange in British English. (Could it be the members?)

: It does, and it could use improvement, but I think that changing it for member does not carry the idea since members are already associated and I get the idea is to get people to participate. It sounds like preaching to the chorus. But I could be wrong

Discussion
For 'la newsletter asociativa', I would say 'newsletter for members' to distinguish it from the 'membership website', which is a very specific concept.
