Hi! This appears on a Colombian certificate (Certificado Judicial) issued by the Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), right below the heading and before the word Certificaciòn. No clue on their meaning and internet search has proven useless this time.
Any Colombian friend out there who knows what this means and may suggest a translation?
