FVA Not for points alemán al español Jurídico/Patentes Derecho: contrato(s)

It is a clause in an enployment contract. I got stcuk at the second sentence. There is not more context:

"Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von XXX. Vorbehalten bleiben gesetzlich zwingend vorbehaltene Gerichtsstände."
