It is necessary for them to offer optimum operating safety under the highly differing vehicle operating situations, which can occur under the influence of or regardless of the driver.
Always observe the installation instructions of the OE manufacturer to ensure proper function of the parts.

Fundamentals

As a matter of principle always install new nuts
Never reuse nuts which have been removed
Always replace safety nuts with nylon *stop thread* or *pinched thread*.

Tighten nuts to specified torque
