No consigo reestruturar este sintagma dentro de la oración. El contexto es un contrato entre dos partes para establecer las cláusulas de un estudio clínico y el párrafo donde aparece esta oración es el siguiente:
"The Foundation shall and shall ensure that the Principal Investigator shall take all such actions throughout the term of this Agreement and thereafter as shall be necessary in order to ensure that the Inventions may be vested free of encumbrance in the Sponsor in accordance with Section above."
