This is my attempt so far, but it's very confusing and unclear. The translation I found for 'División de la Cosa Común' is more or less the same idea as 'sociedad de gananciales'
"Proceedings regarding division of common property, settlement of common assets, including division of assets and jointly-owned (or community?) property."
Here's the original text:
Medidas Civiles.

: it's not "wrong" but "community property" is incomprehensible to a UK English speaker, souns like something owned by a co-operative or the local council....

Joint ownership of property (acquired after the marriage)
It is often known as community property, but it is basically referring to joint ownership by the spouse of property acquired after the marriage. It is like a "community of acquisitions".

AllegroTrans
: yes, but using "community" in English, in this context, is alien

community (E&W: joint tenancy) of after-acquired marital/matrimonial property
Division would correspond to severance of the joint tenancy = ownership. It is this arrangement which is terminated.
After-acdquired is not only post-bankruptcy,but also post-marriage - the gananciales is just one system in ES, de participaciones is another.

Discussion
You've probably seen this already, but there's a good definition for 'Joint Tenancy' (or 'jointly-owned property') and 'Tenancy-in-Common' (or 'common property') here: http://www.aboutsmallclaims.co.uk/how-can-i-dissolve-joint-p...
I think these terms or your own versions would work fine for your text. The key words 'joint' and 'common' are the legal definitions that need to be defined in your text, so I wouldn't worry about understanding the concepts behind them too much...
bien ganancial masculino joint asset (acquired during marriage); bienes gananciales joint property,** community property (inglés norteamericano)
** Note the usage of 'community' for US English.
