Se admiten algunas excepciones que no se registrarán como fallo:
- Si el TRANSPORTISTA informa debidamente y por escrito de que un viaje es “fallable” antes de las 8:00 de la mañana del día previsto de carga, el viaje fallado no se tendrá en cuenta.
- Si el TRANSPORTISTA (habitualmente en **zona corta**) cumple con la fecha de entrega y ésta circunstancia se avisa debidamente por escrito, aun no cumpliéndose la fecha de carga, no se tendrá en cuenta como fallo.
