Upon reading of this contract / Once the contract has been read, ...

There are many ways to say this, but "present contract" is not very commonly used in English, at least not in the U.S. That may or may not be the case in Europe. "This" implies that it is the particular "present" or actual contract what is being executed or referenced.

upon reading of the present contract,..

This is how I would translate it.
Peer comment(s):

neutral laBern : upon reading es en el acto de la lectura del ctto., al leer en ctto. No son acciones simultáneas.

Having read this contract

I find the 1st answer a little too literal - all it is saying is that they read it first and then signed it

agree Francesca Samuel : That's it. Plain and simple.

This Agreement having been read,...

Absolute construction.

An absolute construction is necessary to make it clear that it is the notary who reads th agreement, not the parties.

After reading this contract

Rather simple, but it is the plain language version. "After reading this contract, the parties have signed it in duplicate....etc. etc.". También es cuestión cultural, que en español, donde los documentos legales utilizan para los verbos el tiempo presente, en inglés, suelen utilizar el pretérito.
