Dear ITI ProZ,
I have long admired most of the business procedures and practices being promoted by the ITI, but the following incident has come to my attention:
Is it standard practice for ITI members to outsource jobs at 2 cents (please refer to ITI \"Code of Professional Conduct\" 3.3), or to make the same offer on other translator lists for 1 cent a word?

I think this job offer was from something called the International Translation something, which has nothing to do with the ITI - Institute of Translators and Interpreters.
