Hello Mohammad and Chien,

Thank you for your interest in the training. Your purchase includes:

* access to the online session with a Q&A portion,
* unlimited access to video recording (available within one working week after the session),
* a certificate of attendance available for download from your ProZ.com profile.

Even if you do not attend the online session you will still have unlimited access to the video recording and training materials within one working week after the course.

Take care.

Helen

Could you just clarify a point please? Feb 6, 2015

Sorry to be a bit thick, but does:

"Even if you do not attend the online session you will still have unlimited access to the video recording and training materials within one working week after the session"

mean that the sessions will be available for an unlimited time (to those who have subscribed) starting from Feb 19th (at the latest) ?

Hi Anna,

The webinar will be recorded, therefore if you pay for the session and do not attend it, you will still have unlimited access to the video and the presentation used on the session. A certificate of attendance will still be issued for you. You can watch the video as many times as needed and when it is needed. You will be able to send your questions to the trainer if there are any.

Hope this helps.

My bests,
Helen

The NBCMI needs a proof of duration, such as a letter or email to me from the
presenting organization, which states how long the trainings lasted. I need it for Part 2 of the webinar as well from 5/28/15. My email is [email protected]
Please send it to me.
Thank you.
